Skills Redevelopment Programme Rates Employer will be able to claim absentee payroll funding for every training conducted during office hours. The absentee payroll funding for courses held at non-working hours is being shared at either ratio rate of 90:10 or 80:20 between the government and the employer, and the fund will be paid to the employee via the employer. Employers are eligible to claim absentee payroll for their employees based on the amount of training conducted during non-working hours.
