Chan Tai Heng Jeremy, Deputy Chairman
Mr. Jeremy Chan is currently the Senior Advisor of Hexagon Development Advisors. Mr. Chan has more than 30 years of extensive experience in aviation. He started his career with Singapore Economic Development Board in 1981 promoting local aerospace industry. In 1994, he was appointed Managing Director of Turbine Overhaul Services and 1998, he became Vice President of Aviation Aftermarket Services (Asia Pacific) as well as General Manager of Honeywell Singapore. Mr Chan held senior leadership positions as Deputy President (Marketing & Total Aviation Support) of ST Aerospace, Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies and later as Executive Vice Chairman of Mubadala Aerospace MRO network.
Mr Chan obtained his Bachelor of Science in aeronautical engineering from the University of Manchester and a Masters of Management Science from Stanford University.
Hung Tse Yung Jonathan, Member
Mr. Jonathan Hung is President of the Singapore Space and Technology Association (SSTA), Singapore’s lead industry association focused on supporting the development of the space technology industry.
Jonathan Hung’s international work experience includes roles as Vice President, Business Development and Sales at Contraves Group, a Rheinmetall Defense and Boustead Joint-Venture, and holding management roles with Flex International and CAE Inc. Prior to CAE, he managed Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Singapore Technologies Electronics (Satcom & Sensor Systems) and ST (Satellite Systems).
In his career, Mr. Hung was the Centre Director for Middle East & North Africa Operations at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), handling portfolios in space, aerospace, marine/offshore and luxury yacht sectors. In particular, he led the development of the space incubator unit that is presently EDB’s space office.
Jonathan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with double majors in Aerospace Science and Aviation Business Administration, and currently serves as President of the Singapore ERAU Alumni Group.
Sia Kheng Yok, Member
Mr Sia is the Chief Executive of the Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore). He serves on the Advisory Boards of the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers and the Singapore Space and Technology Association. He is also a senior member of the Institution of Engineers, serving on the Aerospace Engineering Technical Committee. Sia is active in executive education, as a Faculty Advisor on the Wharton-SMU Business & Industry Insights Programme and as a Resource Person for the Centre for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development.
Before joining the Association, Sia worked at the Singapore Economic Development Board (1993-2016), the lead government agency for planning and executing strategies that shape the future of Singapore’s economy. He was Project Director for Leadership Development and Director for Transport Engineering. In the latter appointment, he was responsible for the planning and initial implementation of Seletar Aerospace Park, and the establishment of the Singapore Airshow. He also served as Director for the Aerospace Research Programme at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (2011-12).
Sia holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Masters degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University. He received the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2004 for his public service contributions.
Lim Yeow Khee, Director BBM

Mr. Lim Yeow Khee is currently the Academic Chair (Honorary) in Air Transport Training College. He is Managing Director of LYK Aerospace (S) Pte Ltd, Associate Professor (Adjunct) in Nanyang Technological University and Chaiman, Aero WSQ Technical Committee.
Mr Lim started his aviation career as Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Malaysia-Singapore Airlines in 1968 and continued with the airline, which became Singapore Airlines (SIA) in 1972 until his retirement in December 2006. He held technical and management positions in Singapore Airlines and SIA Engineering Company covering Base Maintenance, Technical Services, Workshops, Technical Projects, Inflight Entertainment, Line Maintenance, Quality & Safety, and Productivity & Engineering Training. He was the adjunct lecturer with RMIT University, Australia from 2006 to 2011, and Senior Consultant with BNP Associates Asia Pte Ltd in 2011.
Mr Lim obtained his Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds (UK) in 1977, Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic in 1973 and Aircraft Maintenance Licence Category B2 from Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
